Solar yachting enhanced in Monaco

Saturday 16 July at 12:10, seaZen was invited by the organizers of the Monaco Solar Boat Challenge to attend the slalom as a "non competing guest". This event, settled in the Principality, gathered many yachting enthusiasts. Organized by Monaco Yacht Club, the meeting lasts several days and allows visitors to discover new technologies related to solar energy. All kinds of electric boats compete through different categories. Thus, the Monaco Solar & Electric Boat Challenge raises awareness of the navigation’s future and its stakes, the respect and preservation of the marine environment.

Let’s discover seaZen’s Boat club

seaZen, a series SunSeaRider catamaran designed by Suncy Concept for boat rental by day or half a day, arrived quite naturally by sea from the harbor of Beaulieu. After this pleasant stop at Monaco, seaZen extended its cruise to Cap-Martin and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. Meanwhile, competitors were dismantling their prototypes of solar boats on the dock of the Monaco Yacht Club for a next event.

When will we assist to a offshore boats challenge? seaZen will then surely be on it! Remember that SSR19 is a series production boat approved for category C, force 6 and 2 meters waves, with 8 people on board.
